What about the children?
When parties separate the last consideration may be that of Grandparents contact with their grandchildren. If grandparents wish to retain that contact and it cannot be agreed, it is still possible for them to make an application to the Court for permission to submit an application for contact to be considered. The Court will always decide what is in the best interests of the child/children before a decision is made.
